Toddlers Community
Casetta offers children a gentle introduction to life beyond the family. In a small community of children from approximately 14 months to 3 years, they begin to build relationships, participate in everyday life and develop confidence within a secure and caring environment.
These first years are an extraordinary period of development. Through movement, language, purposeful activity and meaningful choices, children develop concentration, coordination, communication and a growing sense of independence.
Children are supported by caring, trained adults who understand the developmental needs of toddlers and respect each child’s individual pace. Within the community, they gradually learn to make choices, persevere, care for themselves and their environment, and become increasingly aware of the needs of others.
An International Toddler & Preschool Programme in Cairo
Nile River Montessori’s Casetta is a bilingual English–Arabic early childhood programme in Cairo for children from approximately 14 months to 3 years. The programme offers a carefully prepared environment where children develop language, movement, independence, confidence and social-emotional skills during these foundational early years.
Centrally located between Dokki and Mohandessin, with convenient access from Zamalek, Mosadak Street and the Shooting Club, Nile River Montessori welcomes Egyptian and international families from across Cairo. Over the years, families have also travelled from further areas, including Maadi and 6th of October City, to join our community.
